Coaching

You’ve always been great at “Go, go, go.” You’ve won the prize, gotten the jobs, started the startup.

But now, you’re in pain or tired all the time. It feels like you’re fighting your body. Maybe it started with COVID, triggering an old injury, or bad ergonomics — now your body feels like it’s rebelling.

Yet, you’ve tried everything. The carnivore diet, baby aspirin and Metformin, nerve flossing, NAD+ infusions, weird ergonomic devices… but no matter how much you search, nothing seems to fix the problem.

I help you see the deeper patterns happening across the full stack. What are the actual feedback loops at play here?

Cooper, a waterpolo player and AI engineer, was totally exhausted all the time even months after his viral infection. He struggled to climb the steps to his apartment. We met for a few sessions, and uncovered how deeply held resentment was taking enormous physical energy. In a few weeks of work, he came back to life.

I learned through my own struggle with pain. During my grad CS degree at MIT, the pain in my wrists and neck became so intense that I was afraid I’d have to drop out. After the advice from well-meaning clinicians made things worse, I dove into the neuroscience of pain. I realized that, with the right nervous system work and skilled facilitation, the pain would ‘move through’ me.

In two months I was back to pullups and handstands, better than before. Now, alongside my research, I coach driven people who’ve hit a wall that they can’t just push through.

“That was really shockingly immediate… I just don’t feel tension in my body right now”

“I remember it vividly… like falling asleep without noticing. That background pain was just... gone.”
Allan, Programmer (still pain-free one year later)
